A crash investigation was underway at about 7:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 23 between Roosevelt Avenue in Deal and Roosevelt Avenue in Long Branch, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
All lanes were closed and detoured, 511nj.org reported.
